Introduction

 

The Disability Inclusion and Etiquette Training (D.I.E.T) is a bespoke and competitively priced training package.

 

Accredited through ‘CPD’ the training looks to upskill customer facing staff at sports stadiums/venues and organisations that provide services for disabled sports fans. Specifically looking at good vs bad practice; looking at ethical vs business and legal cases for inclusion along with practical hints and tips for making your stadium/venue and service more accessible.

 

Who’s it for?

 

The training is designed to support front line staff & volunteers and policy makers on how to enhance and support a disabled supporters experience whilst visiting sports stadia.

How is the training Delivered?

 

The training is designed to be very interactive with a number of activities for the whole group to engage in. Sessions are 3 hrs long and take place on location. Each session can take a maximum of 15 participants.
