Accessible Facilities and Services

Parking
There is a club car park with 59 accessible parking spaces for home and away supporter’s available, home supporters via parking permit and away in the away car park as directed by stewards. Drop of facilities are not available.


Accessible Services
Both home and away fans can use accessible toilets inside the stadium. The club shop is accessible for all fans and has a low level serving counter. Catering kiosks in the home and away sections do have low level serving counters and so are fully accessible with the exception of the South Stand. The club does not have a hearing loop. Match commentaries are available via headsets from reception. Facilities for assistance dogs are available.  The concourses do not have rest areas included.


Accessible Facilities
Home supporters have 59 spaces for wheelchair users available to them, and these can be found at pitchside and on a raised platform in the disabled corner stand. 18 spaces for wheelchair users can be found at pitchside in the away section for away supporters.  There are designated seats for supporters with ambulant disabilities are available in the home and away end.

Great view from elevated platform but still a slight sightline issue if row in front stand up. Shame that PA seats are up a step/behind a barrier rather than adjacent to wheelchair position.

Not a bad ground for wheelchair access for away supporters. Parking is very close to the ground I parked on a grass embankment which is at the bottom of the main car park. Visability at Oakwell is very good, wheelchair users have their own spot halfway up the north stand so you dont feel isolated, another plus was the fact even when the fans below me in the lower tier stood up they still didnt block my view.
