The Football League have pledged their support for Level Playing Field's 2016 Weeks of Action campaign, and dedicated the recent Johnstone's Paint Trophy final to promoting the initiative.

Over the 2 week period between 2nd - 17th April, Football League member clubs are hosting a range of activities and events to celebrate their disabled fanbase and promote a message of access and inclusion.

The campaign was kicked off in style at Wembley for the Football League's Johnstone's Paint Trophy final, where Barnsley overcame Oxford United 3-2 in a thrilling encounter to lift the trophy.

On the day, Level Playing Field Weeks of Action were featured in the matchday programme as well as a PA announcement from Football League Chairman Greg Clarke supporting this year's campaign.

Level Playing Field would like to thank the Football League for supporting this year's campaign.
