Our members are always at the heart of what we do. Their shared passion for sport and equality really drives us to influence long term change and improve the spectator experience for all disabled fans.

We offer a range of memberships. These are available to anyone who wishes to support and follow the work we do to ‘promote good access for all fans’ at sports venues across England and Wales.

Member benefits

  • A regular newsletter to keep you up to date with all LPF news specific to your membership option:

    ·      Fans Newsletter – Focuses on the matchday experience from a fan’s perspective. Newsletters will share interviews and experiences of disabled fans around their matchday, along with other relevant news stories.

    ·      DSA Newsletter – Focuses on supporting DSA growth and development by sharing best practice case studies. There will also be advice and ‘how to’ guides provided.

    ·      Clubs, Governing Bodies and Other Organisations Newsletter – Shares good practice from clubs, governing bodies and organisations that enhance access and inclusion for disabled fans.

  • Opportunity to feed back on Access and Inclusion through LPF’s annual survey

Feedback

Every year we will share a national survey that will review fans experience. Specifically, we will be wanting to hear from fans, clubs and DSAs on how we can enhance and improve the standards of access and inclusion for disabled fans. This feedback will allow LPF to shape its work and drive greater change.

Please note:

  • For DSA and Club Membership there will be one designated lead contact along with 3 other named members as a part of the offer. Please see relevant membership form for more information.
  • It is possible for DSA and Club members to sign up as an individual ‘Fan Member’. This will allow you to recive the fan focused news letter in addition to your existing membership benefits. to sign up to both please mark ‘YES’ on the ‘Fans membership’ column in either the DSA or Club membership form.

How to join

It’s simple. Just download a membership form, fill it in and send it back to us together with a donation if you wish.

There are 3 quick and easy ways to pay:

BACS payment: Please email info@levelplayingfield.org.uk and we will be happy to provide you with our payment details.

Cheque: Please make cheques payable to ‘Level Playing Field’. Please clearly put your name and ‘LPF Membership’ on the back of the cheque as a reference. Please send to Level Playing Field, The Junction, Station Road, Watford, WD17 1ET.

Just Giving: Payments can be made via www.justgiving.com/levelplayingfield. Please clearly state your name and that the donation is for ‘LPF Membership’ in the comments box.

The LPF Membership year runs from January 1st – 31st December.

No. Membership is not automatically renewed. Members will receive a reminder to renew their membership shortly before it is due to expire.

Yes. An electronic signature is acceptable if returning your membership form by email.

If you would like to donate for your membership this can be done in 3 ways. Our preferred method is via online BACS payment, but we happily accept cheques sent by post or online payments via our Just Giving page. See the “How to Donate?” box above for more details.
