Disability News Service – managed by John Pring, the news service focuses on issues such as discrimination, equality, independent living, disability benefits, poverty and human rights.

Headway – the brain injury association promotes public awareness of all aspects of head injury and provides information, support and services to people with head injuries and the people around them. It also lists local groups and branches.

In Touch BBC Radio 4 – A weekly radio programme with news, views and information for people who are blind or partially sighted.

The Equality Standard – The first ever equality Standard for sport was launched in November 2004. It is a framework for assisting sports organisations to widen access and reduce inequalities in sport and physical activity from under-represented individuals, groups and communities.

UK-SA – The UK Sports Association for People with Learning Disability (UKSA) is the disability specific, National Governing Body in the UK for sport and people with learning disability.

Assistance Dogs UK – A coalition of assistance dog organisations that encourages the exchange of ideas and best practice amongst its members, raises awareness amongst the general public and promotes behavioural and legislative changes to ensure the freedom, independence and rights of its clients.
