Albion in the Community’s mental wellbeing workshop

The Zoom meeting is taking place this Wednesday at 6pm.

As part of our Weeks of Action campaign, Brighton and the club’s foundation, Albion in the Community, will be running a mental wellbeing workshop for supporters and the local community on Wednesday 3rd March at 6pm.

This workshop has been put together by Albion in the Community Disability Manager, Paul Brackley.

As an experienced Wellbeing coach in a previous role, Paul holds an array of qualifications across both football coaching and wellbeing.

The club understands the impact COVID-19 has had on people’s mental health, including supporter’s family members and therefore the workshop will explore ways they can support our own mental wellbeing, with ideas and tips on how to look after ourselves as well as others.

If you would like to book onto the workshop, please click here.

The Zoom link will be sent to you prior to the workshop start time.
