England national teams – online forum

Level Playing Field will host an online forum for disabled supporters of the England men’s and women’s national football teams.

The forum will take place via Zoom, at 6pm on Wednesday 22 April and follows a constructive meeting with the charity’s members, discussing the topic early in the year.

This second forum will explore the potential creation of an England Disabled Supporters’ Group/Association.

Register to attend

The first meeting gave Level Playing Field members the opportunity to have initial discussions on strengthen the voice on disabled supporters and engagement across both the men’s and women’s game. It has also been encouraging to see that some of the feedback shared directly with FA staff during that discussion has already been acted on.

This next forum will invite more disabled fans to contribute to the direction and move the conversation forward.

That includes assessing different structures and models, while ensuring any future group is shaped by disabled supporters.

With UEFA Euro 2028 presenting a major international tournament on home soil, on the horizon, there will also be an opportunity to consider how disabled England supporters can come together, build a stronger collective voice, and work proactively with Level Playing Field and the FA to help improve support, engagement and communication in the years ahead.

If you are interested in being part of the conversation, we would encourage you to sign up to join the forum via this form.

If you are a fan who attends England matchdays frequently, sometimes, or never, you are welcome to attend this forum, as Level Playing Field seeks to hear from those interested in shaping, being part of and feeding into a new supporters’ group.
