Level Playing Field has been announced on the shortlist in the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Award category, at the Football Content Awards 2026.
Voting is now open on the Football Content Awards website and will close at on Saturday 3 October.
Finalists were selected from almost 30,000 nominations across 24 categories, which were initially reviewed through the 2026 judging process. The judging panel makes up 50% of the final result, with fan voting providing the other 50%.
Prominent content from Level Playing Field this year, included the launch film for the charity’s ‘Unite For Access’ campaign. Disability changed the matchdays of the fans featured in this year’s film, and they offered powerful insights on their experiences. The main film was produced in a range of accessible formats and was complemented by a series of shorter videos on specific areas.
Episodes of the Level Playing Field Podcast have also continued to covered different topics across disability and sport, including a recent conversation between veterans.

The nomination follows recognition for ‘Unite For Access’ in the World Football Summit Awards, with Level Playing Field’s campaign making the podium places at this year’s WFS Award for Eli Wolff Football Without Limits by Integrated Dreams.
