Grimsby Town Supporters Trust fundraising to take Disabled Supporters Club to Wembley

A Grimsby Town supporters group, The Mariners Trust, is fundraising in order to take the clubs Disabled Supporters Club members to Wembley for their upcoming FA Trophy Final.

With the Wembley showpiece taking place between Grimsby Town and Halifax on the 22nd May, the Disabled Supporters Club are in desperate need of financial assistance to see their team play in the final, and the Supporters Trust has stepped in to help.

They have set up a fundraising page and are asking fellow fans to make a pledge to get the Disabled Supporters Club members to Wembley.

Any local companies who would be able to sponsor the group are asked to email enquiries@marinerstrust.co.ukFans can also help by taking part in the latest competition being run by Les Brechin on fans messageboard The Fishy.

Mr Brechin is donating 25% to Mariners Trust, who in turn, will be using the donation to boost the fund for the Disabled Club. Deadline entries to this is 31st March.
