The Equality & Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is calling on disabled football fans to complete a short survey on their matchday experiences at Premier League matches last season (2016-17).
All disabled fans are encouraged to have their say on their experiences at both home and away matches, with the EHRC keen to gain a perspective on the experience that fans have with a variety of disabilities.
If you attended a Premier League game last season with a disabled fan who may need assistance with completing the survey, you are encouraged to send the survey to them and to fill the survey out on their behalf from their point of view.
The results of the survey will be used to improve the matchday experience of attending football matches for all disabled fans, and all answers will remain anonymous.

The survey will take around 15 to 20 minutes to complete. It closes at midnight on Sunday 27 August 2017.
