Luton Town supported Weeks of Action 2018 #OurMatchday in a number of ways.

This year Luton Town FC and Luton Town Disabled Supporters Association (LTDSA) have been celebrating Weeks of Action 2018 and getting in the spirit of this year’s theme #OurMatchday in a variety of ways.

Allan Drummond, secretary of LTDSA shared his matchday experience as someone whose eyesight has been rated at around 5 per cent of useful vision, the challenges this can present and how commentator Simon Pitts makes the match accessible for him via iFollow Hatters.

One of the stars of Luton Town’s Disability team, Nicky Toone, was invited to join Nathan Jones and the team on the coach to Cambridge United. You can see some picture of his matchday in the below link to the main story on Luton Town FC’s website.

Luton have also recently installed Induction Loop Systems at a range of LTFC venues and these are now available at both club shops, the ticket office and the main reception. You can read the full story here

You can also watch a five-minute video and hear all about the matchday experience of Dennis Clarke who is a wheelchair user and season ticket holder at Luton Town as well as view an access video for the stadium here.

With thanks to Luton Town FC and all those involved for the use of these photos.
