We are delighted to say that we have been inundated with requests for people attending with a diverse range of delegates, from Fans, Clubs Governing Bodies and other Charities, we are very close to reaching our maximum attendance number of 140.
We have less than 10 spaces remaining!
These will be available on a first-come-first service basis.
If you are interested in attending, please fill out a registration form and email it to liam@levelplayingfield.org.uk or if you intend on posting your registration form. Please inform Liam asap that this is your plan of action.
If you request to attend and we have reached our capacity, you will be placed on a waiting list. We will inform you if a space has become available. With that in mind, we ask that all people who have stated that they plan on intending let us know ASAP if this is no longer the case so that we can maximise participation of this inaugural National Forum.
We look forward to hosting you at Stadium MK on the 4th of November. We will be in contact with all the attendees very soon with more information on the day, including an agenda.
