Preston invite young disabled fan to Deepdale for work experience day

Luke Carter, a young disabled Preston North End fan spent a day’s work experience at Deepdale after winning a competition set up by the club.

The club had invited disabled supporters to send the club letters with why they would like to work for PNE for a day, and 8 year old Luke was the lucky winner and he spent a memorable day at his favourite club working with a variety of departments to see what goes on behind the scenes at Deepdale.

During his day at Preston, Luke spent time helping out in the ticket office, with the ground safety team and spent time with the media department.

While with the media department, Luke put his kit on to go around the stadium and have his photos taken like a new signing, before joining PNE PlayerHD for the day to commentate on his favourite game, the 2015 Play-Off final.

Luke, who turned up for his work experience in a shirt and a PNE tie, showed off his skills by commentating on the memorable win at Wembley.

You can watch Luke’s commentary below!
