Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) has appointed Integrated Transport Planning Ltd (ITP) to undertake a piece of research on the accessibility and safety of mobility scooter users travelling on the GB rail network.
To inform this work ITP want to understand the experiences and views of mobility scooter users who currently travel by train with their scooter and explore what would make it easier to travel by train with a scooter.
