Swansea City celebrate World Autism Awareness Day by launching new matchday guides

Swansea City FC have launched their new matchday guides for autistic supporters.

The guides were launched on Monday to coincide with World Autsim Awareness Day and aim to help autistic supporters enjoy a comfortable and safe matchday experience.

The new support resources come in the form of a downloadable Picture Story Guide, as well as a Parent or Carer Guide.

The guides are a direct result of the club’s work in partnership with autism charity Stepping Stones, as well as following consultation with Swans supporters and volunteer group Step Together Swansea.

The guides can be downloaded on the Swansea City Website. You can read more and download them here. To request the documents in an alternative format, or for any feedback, please contact accessibility@swanseacity.com.
