The club has 24 positions for wheelchair user supporters together with a seat for a personal assistant if required. These are situated in front of the SD Samuels Stand. There are also limited spaces available in front of the Family Stand.

Within these designated areas matchday tickets are provided at a concessionary price, from £10 (subject to other concessions e.g. child). A complimentary ticket will be provided for a carer. Season Tickets are sold in the designated areas on the same basis.

Provision will be in "designated areas" only and should the individual not wish to sit here, they could forfeit the entitlement to a disability related concession.

Eligibility to these areas will be dependent on providing proof of disability or will be decided on individual merit based on information provided to the Ticket Office; this information will assist in determining each individual's suitability for use of the facilities.

I have been to Victoria Road twice to watch Southend. Both visits have been very positive with a good away atmosphere. Away fans get the nicest and largest stand which has 14 wheelchair spaces set in two areas at the ether side at the front of the stand, the areas are raised up about 8 feet or so which provides an excellent view of the pitch.
