There may be an occasion when you have brought an issue to the club’s attention but you are not satisfied with their response.
Level Playing Field can step in and speak to the club on your behalf. We have mediated on a number of access topics including; ticketing policies, transport, availability and quality of accessible seating, sight-lines and the provision of accessible amenities and services.
We offer this service to all sports and cases are handled by an expert from our in-house Access and Development Team that includes professional National Register Access Consultants (NRAC) Auditors. If you don’t wish to be identified complaints can be handled anonymously or solved by more direct mediation.
