Level Playing Field is a registered charity in England and Wales that acts as a campaigning advisory organisation for disability access and inclusion across all sports. We have a team of dedicated staff with specialist knowledge, skills and experience to facilitate access improvements.

“Promoting a positive, inclusive experience for disabled sports fans.”

Our charity regularly host regional forums across the country to gather opinion, talk about the match day experience for disabled fans and to shar best practice all in aid of maximising the matchdays for disabled fans and making them as accessible and enjoyable as possible.

We aim for this national forum to continue bringing people together and crating beneficial networks and partnerships between fans, disabled support association, clubs and governing bodies.

Weeks of Action 2019

Owain Davies, Chief executive of Level Playing Field said:

The opportunity to share best practice and to listen to disabled fans about their matchday experience is fundamental in improving access and inclusion.

We firmly believe by constructively engaging with clubs, fans and DSAs we can raise the standards of access and inclusion and not only support existing fans with their matchdays but make it more accessible new disabled fans.

The forum will provide an opportunity to hear what clubs and DSAs are doing well whilst also hearing of challenges that fans experience when attending live matches.”

The conference will provide an opportunity for panel discussions and questions, key notes speakers, along with break-out sessions to break down key areas.

The national forum is taking place at Stadium MK home of MK Dons.
