Disability Access Officer – Aston Villa Football Club

Hours of work: Full time, including matchdays
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Villa Park

Aston Villa have an exciting opportunity for a Disability Access Officer within the Ticketing Team based at Villa Park. The candidate will act as the Liaison between the Club and its disabled supporters and be responsible for establishing user-led consultation and on-going dialogue between both parties.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of relevant legislation and criteria. They will
also have excellent customer service skills and able to advise our supporters in a consistent
and professional manner.
