Disability Access/Liaison Officer training

Our training is focused on maximizing the role of the Disability Access/Liaison Officer.

Introduction

The Disability Access Officer Training (D.A.O) is a bespoke and competitively priced training package.

Accredited through ‘CPD’ the training looks to upskill disability access officer, disability liaison officers, and Customer Liaison Officers. The training is focused on how to engage with the disabled community, finding ways to make access a priority, and quick and easy ways to improving your club’s levels of access at all levels.

Who’s it for?

The training is designed to support staff who are responsible for communicating with disabled supporters and liaising.

How is the training Delivered?

The training is designed to be very interactive with a number of activities for the whole group to engage in. Sessions are 3 hrs long and take place on location. Each session can take a maximum of 15 participants.
